"I have been a State Farm customer for over 40 years and during that time have had about 5 agents. When my most recent agent retired, I moved the business to Eva Martinez' State Farm Agency. The attentiveness, professionalism, and quick responses have blown me away. Eva Martinez has a number of employees and therefore responses are quick, but when there is a more complicated question Eva will get involved quickly and get you the accurate answers you are seeking (some of my agents over the years I never met and they were never in the office...). Nobody likes paying the high insurance rates of Harris County Texas, but State Farm home office underwriting have been competitive and Eva Martinez's local State Farm agency makes it effortless and pleasant. Also, highly recommend her assistant Cinthia - who has been great to work with on a recent full portfolio review!"
